If you have not received your appointment confirmation in 24 hours, check spam, and then contact us through text or call at 818-851-1704.

To ensure reliable communication:

Come with clean dry hair, in the manner you typically wear it

We want to see how you wear it, its natural texture, the way it moves.

Please bring photos, inspiration, and even better if they’re photos of you! (Be mindful of photos that are AI generated or heavily edited and filtered)

There is a parking lot behind the building (enter from Colfax)

Non timed street parking can be found along the sides of Colfax + Moorpark. Note that one hour parking is only in front of the church.

There is Free non timed street parking along Riverside Dr. and Allesandro St.

Should you need an adjustment

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue at no additional charge within 14 days of the original appointment date. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color. ALL SERVICES/SALES ARE FINAL

Should you need to cancel

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% per hour booked cancellation fee does apply and will be charged to the card on file.

Should you not show up

NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations or rescheduling less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or a “no show” (failure to show) will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge to the card placed on file at time of booking.

Children's Policy

Regardless of age each client has a one hour minimum, and children under 13 must be accompanied by someone not having a service done.

Children in the salon must be accompanied by someone not receiving a service.
