Karen was good vibes from beginning to end - a calm, relaxing presence while giving me not just a beautiful, bouncy, “bombshell hair” layered cut but also a scalp cleansing and massage and an education on how best to take care of my hair. It’s been a few weeks and the haircut still looks fresh (that only happens with precision cuts - the good but not great ones hide a lot with styling but can’t hide after some grow out).
